We offer 30-day returns for all eligible purchases made through Gaston Luga AU, managed locally by ProductLink Distributions Pty Ltd.

 

How to Start a Return

Please do not return items without prior approval – unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition – unused, unworn, with tags and in original packaging

  • You must have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalised/customised items

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

 

Free Return Shipping

For eligible returns, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions once your return is approved.

 

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different item is to return your product for a refund and place a new order separately.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
